Glory Stories is such a great show and Zabeth brings such a nice grounding to it. It's weird, but I feel like GS is a show that can only work in Los Angeles. Not that there isn't sex trade in every city, but working in porn valley is different than dancing at a strip club.

But yeah, Zabeth plays in a way I totally respect.

I was sitting next to that lady who won the vibrator. That awkward moment makes perfect sense.

Great interview Pam. I'd be interested in learning more about the difference between "Improvisational Theater" and "Theatrical Improvisation" as I am not familiar with any of the groups he referenced or the viewpoints style (although from the link you posted it sounds like the Suzuki method that they used to practice at Stage West in the mid-90's would fit into that description).

I also find a lot of white teas to be too delicate to the point of being boring. If you want a bolder white tea which also happens to be quite inexpensive, I'd recommend shou mei.

Darjeeling Oolong is also an odd beast. I have found that these teas can be among the pickiest teas, in terms of how they like to be brewed. I find a lot of them are harsh unless you brew them with water well below boiling point--which is odd because few tea companies seem to recommend that--but that's been my experience.

I also was amused by your oolong that smelled like weed...I've definitely tried a number of these. They are actually quite delicious, IMHO. (No, I do not smoke, but I do like the smell.)

I went to Teavana to buy my tea drinking but not gay husband some tea for Kangy Day. Walked out $85 lighter, but I bought two different varieties of some of the best tea either of us has ever had. May I also recommend Tea Forte (mail order or Whole Foods), which is in Concord, MA.
